- Production time
After receiving confirmation of your payment, depending on your choice of speed the production begins either immediately after receipt or delayed 1-3 days depending on the job.
- Our business days start from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 16:30

Cutoff time for "Standard Turnaround Time" is 11:00 AM EST*

- Delivery time
Deliveries vary according to the shipping address. Addresses located in Montreal will be shipped in 24 hours. Addresses located in Quebec have a duration of 1-3 days. Addresses located in Canada have a duration of 2-3 days.
*If you have more than one poster to do, you must be advised that the production time will add a minimum of 15-20 minutes per poster if the selected time is on "Rush".
***The delivery time is not included in the production deadline.***
For example:
a. If you choose the standard 24-hour delivery period and live in Quebec for a roll-up banner, the work will be served within 2 to 3 days (24h production and 1 to 2-day delivery).
b. If you choose the "Rush" (3 hours) with pickup for a poster, the job will be ready within 3 working hours after you have paid the job, and then you can retrieve it.
