The cutoff time to submit orders is 11 AM EST. For "RUSH" orders, if orders are submitted before 3 PM EST, they will be ready by the end of the day.
The file must have a "Bleed Zone" of 1/8" and all elements (images and text) must be within the safety margin.On this page, you will find useful information about "Bleed Zone" and Safe Zone".
It is best to try to avoid using borders in your design. If a border is too close to the trim, the trim may be slightly off-center.
Each order (including multi-page project) must be submitted as a single PDF file. Make sure the pages are the same size.
Make sure your PDF file contains high-quality images in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Please do not split the requested quantity across multiple files.
For example, for an order of 100 units, please provide one single file containing all 100 units, rather than 4 files of 25 units each.
The requested quantity should always be supplied in a single file unless otherwise specified by us.
