The cutoff time for "Same Business Day" orders is 11 AM EST, in other words, if these orders are submitted before 11 AM EST, they will be ready at the end of the day.
The file must have a "Bleed Zone" of 1/8" and all elements (images and text) must be within the safety margin. On this page, you will find useful information about "Bleed Zone".
It is best to try to avoid using borders in your design. If a border is too close to the trim, the trim may be slightly off-center.
Each order (including multi-page project) must be submitted as a single PDF file. Make sure the pages are the same size.
Make sure your PDF file contains high-quality images in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 600 DPI.
